Meet the Coaches
Linda Griffin, When I started my career as a manager at IBM I quickly learned that the skills that made me sought after as a technical expert wouldn’t make me successful in a leadership position. I had to focus on new skills that would help me get things done through my team. I had several wonderful mentors and coaches who helped me acquire those skills by sharing their knowledge, being a sounding board and a cheerleader. Now I'm on a mission to help business managers acquire and hone the skills needed to become dynamic and confident leaders. I want to help them achieve success while retaining their unique personality. I believe that the manager’s job is the hardest in any business. A company must produce business results quickly. Particularly in today's economic climate, it’s imperative to a company's survival. In addition to producing stellar business results, you must engage and motivate your employees and try to find time for your own life. I started my leadership coaching business to share the knowledge I acquired in over twenty years of leadership and management experience in my corporate career at IBM. I was trained at Coach Training Alliance and I am a member of the International Coaching Federation. I have a B.S. in Mathematics from Auburn University and an MBA from the University of South Florida.

Jaynine Howard, I was raised in a small farming community in Holstein, Iowa. When I graduated high school I joined the United States Marine Corps. My time in the United States Marine Corps has afforded me many eye opening experiences that have contributed to the person I am today. I retired in 2002 after a great 20 year career. I firmly believe that many people have forgotten or were never afforded the opportunity to dream and that is why I started my coaching business. My coaching style is a very eclectic mixture of warmth, compassion, and caring combined with a no nonsense let's get things done confrontational approach. I turn Dreams into Reality. I teach business owners on how to develop their presence in the community by having the necessary systems in place so they are seen as the EXPERT. I have over 25 years experience as a United States Marine, psychotherapist, and business owner. I hold a M.S. in Psychology from Capella University and am presently conducting research to complete the requirements for a Doctorate in Psychology from Capella Univeristy.
